KSC East German Volkspolizei Tracksuit

We are pleased to present our East German design of the KSC West German Polizei Tracksuit. While these were not actually based off a real design, we found it fitting to come up with an Eastern design to compliment our West German Reproduction. 

The Volkspolizei-Bereitschaften ("People's Police Alert Units", sometimes known as "Barracked People’s Police" or "Alert Police") were paramilitary police units in the German Democratic Republic charged with riot control and counter insurgency. They were organized the same as internal troops in other WARPAC countries, and were not subject to the Ministry of Defense or National People's Army. They functioned as the defacto armed branch of the Ministry for State Security(Stasi)

Tailored for a relaxed and comfortable fit, these classic style tracksuits are slightly different from the slim fit modern tracksuits of today.  Each set includes both the jacket and matching pants for a coordinated look.
